Cate has over 10 years of experience working across a number of sectors including charities/NFP’s and Banking. Her experience in Recruitment and Managing teams are complemented by her Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
She is passionate about providing the best volunteering experience for volunteers, and about managing teams and projects within complex and fast paced environments.
In her current role at ABV, Cate is responsible for implementing ABV’s approach to engagement and end to end management, support and development of the community of volunteers, known as Skilled Business Professionals (SBPs). These SBP’s work in ABV’s programs in Australia and the Pacific. SBPs are a key asset for ABV and are at the heart of ABV’s model and approach.
