Jack O’Shea

Program Director (PNG)

Jack is an International Development Specialist with nearly 10 years of experience on a range of different aid and development programs throughout the pacific. This includes work in Kiribati, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Master of Social Science (International Development) both from RMIT University in Melbourne.

In previous roles, Jack has managed logistics for malarial clinical trials in the Solomon Islands with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Program Managed remote healthcare patrols in provincial PNG with Australian Doctors International, while more recently was engaged by the World Health Organisation as Incident Manager throughout the COVID-19 pandemic in Port Moresby. He has also consulted on DFAT and the World Bank Group funded programs.

Recently, Jack joined ABV as Programs Director (PNG) and is ready and committed to growing ABV's programming and influence throughout the country and wider Pacific Region.
