George Barrett

Senior Program Manager NSW DRR

George comes with a solid community development background spanning two decades, working alongside highly diverse communities and people in (Aotearoa) New Zealand, Australia, and Papua New Guinea. He has also worked in cross-sectoral roles for the public service, not-for-profit peak bodies, NGOs, and indigenous development in urban and rural settings. George has the privilege of applying his skills and training with many communities as a generalist and specialist practitioner. George embraces the ethos of “unearthing the collective wisdom.”
