Team Leader and Program Coordinator (Queensland)

Gayle Reynolds is the Team Leader and Program Coordinator for Bundaberg and South Gladstone, working from the Country to Coast office in Bundaberg.  Gayle is a highly experienced community engagement and program management professional with expertise in coordinating medium-scale projects, fostering strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative community-led initiatives. She is adept at stakeholder engagement, team leadership and whole-of-community place making planning. Gayle is passionate about building sustainable solutions that empower communities and enhance collective social impact.
